Our 2025 Distiller’s Edition is guided by the complex, zesty brightness of hand-harvested kumquat, rounded off with nuances of wild mountain botanicals, such as thyme and pine.

Flavour? It opens with a burst of fruity citrus - think mandarin meets lemongrass. Then it mellows into a fresh, herbal finish reminiscent of sun-dried basil and coastal shrub.

Limited to just 2,345 bottles, this edition is a sun-soaked tribute to the Corfiot landscape. Unexpected, pure and curiously refreshing.
