This bundle pairs the Azzurino Aperitivo with our Azzurino Sour RTD, a bartender-balanced ready-to-drink sour spearheaded by the bergamot, lavender and timut pepper driven Azzurino, combined with a splash of Illusionist Dry Gin for structure, lemon and simple syrup for the classic sour complexion. Add 10cl to a shaker with ice, shake until chilled, strain into a coupette, garnish with a lime wheel.  

Azzurino Aperitivo was born as a spritz: effortless, colour-changing, made for slow afternoons with prosecco or tonic. This bundle includes a full bottle of it, plus our Azzurino Sour RTD to show you where else it can go. Keep it classic or use the bottle to build your own sour from scratch. Either way, you've got what you need.
