This bundle pairs the Azzurino Aperitivo with our Azzurino Sour RTD, a bartender-balanced ready-to-drink sour spearheaded by the bergamot, lavender and timut pepper driven Azzurino, combined with a splash of Illusionist Dry Gin for structure, lemon and simple syrup for the classic sour complexion. Add 10cl to a shaker with ice, shake until chilled, strain into a coupette, garnish with a lime wheel.
